Kenya’s Finance minister Henry Rotich, and several officials from his department, were arrested Monday for corruption, fraud and embezzlement of 21 billion shillings ($ 450 Mln) destined for the construction of the dams Arror and Kimwarer in Elgeyo-Marawet County.
Furthermore, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission of Kenya (EACC) has decided to collaborate with FBI to probe high profile corruption cases and share intelligence on asset tracing and recovery.
