DR Congo: Ebola Outbreak, “Global Health Emergency” (WHO)

Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the Ebola crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo a « public health emergency of international concern ».
The Ebola has killed 1,700 people since last summer in RDC. The current outbreak is the tenth since 1976 in this African country and the 2nd largest in the history of Ebola after the deadly virus devastated West Africa from 2014 to 2016.
