Four civilians have been killed and one woman raped lately by Cameroonian soldiers in the English-speaking northwest region.
The killings and rape took place in the Alachu neighborhood of Bamenda, the capital of the north-west region and in Kumbo, the second-largest city in the region.
Since 2016, the North-West and South-West regions of Cameroon have been rocked by a violent socio-political crisis which claimed 2,000 lives people and deprived about half a million people from their homes.
